This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the 1/4

condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.9265 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
