PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.129 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and under Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 in Crime No.129 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attempted to misbehave with the defacto complainant. When the same was questioned by the de-facto complainant, this petitioner and others has scolded the de-facto complainant with filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
