ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and after dispensing with the notice to the fourth respondent and counter from the fourth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed.
2. The petitioner claims to be a Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Jeyangonda Nayagi @ Poongundra Nayagi Amman Thirukkoil.
3. It is specific case of the petitioner that the subject temple has eight 2/5
Hereditary Trustees, out of which three trustees have already died and three other persons have been removed and only the petitioner and the fourth respondents are the Hereditary Trustees. Now, the fourth respondent has mismanaged the affairs of the temple and therefore, the petitioner has given repeated representations, the last of which on 06.11.2023. However, the same has not been considered.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's aforesaid representation will be considered and disposed of by the second respondent/Joint Commissioner within a period of four
(4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.11.2023, after due notice to the fourth respondent, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
