PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members consequently provide police protection to the petitioner for doing agriculture works in lands comprised in S.F.Nos.40/10, 41/17A, 41/17B, 41/18, 41/19, 35/1A, 37/1, 38 and 39, situated at Chinnaluppai Village, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based upon the representations, dated 04.02.2021 and 15.02.2021.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members consequently provide police protection to the petitioner for doing agriculture works in lands comprised in S.F.Nos.40/10, 41/17A, 41/17B, 41/18, 41/19, 35/1A, 37/1, 38 and 39, situated at Chinnaluppai Village, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, based upon the representations, dated 04.02.2021 and 15.02.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 28.08.2021.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
