Common Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHKANNAN S, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8098 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that considering the nature and gravity of offence, the said condition was imposed by this Court. 3.I find no reason to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Let the petitioners shall comply the condition. However, time is extended for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the petition seeking modification is dismissed and petition seeking extension of time is allowed.
