Prayer in CRL.OP.(MD)No.5138 OF 2022:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. To call for the records in pursuant to the proceedings of the case in Crim No.554/2021 on the file of R2 dated 15/12/2021 as against this petitioner sole accused and quash the same as devoid of merits.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. M. Kanchammal, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. R. Sureshkumar Govt Advocate For R1 & R2, and Mr. S. Selvakumar Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to accept the cost memo filed by the Petitioners by extending the time as mentioned in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5138 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.14275 of 2022 earlier this Court by an order dated 25.03.2022 quashed the First Information Report in Crime No.554 of 2021 on the file of the second Respondent and directed the Petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- each as costs to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172). Since the Petitioner was unable to comply with the condition he has filed this petition.

3. Considering the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5138 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
