ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the lands in old Survey No.37/1A, New Survey Nos.212/31, 212/32 and 212/33 of Thiruverumboor Pallivasal Street, Malaikovil, Thiruverumboor, Trichy District, based on the representations of the petitioner dated 12.11.2015 and 03.12.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent.

3.The petitioner made representations before the respondent for survey and demarcation of the lands as alleged by him. Since no final order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
