This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and protection for conducting Cricket Tournament Scheduled to be conducted from 16.08.2019 to 18.08.2019 matches to be held at Sports Ground at K.T. Ramalingam Pandurar, Koothaippar, Thriuverumbur, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Cricket Tournament from 16.08.2019 to 18.08.2019 in Sports Ground at K.T. Ramalingam Pandurar, Koothaippar, Thriuverumbur, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.17541 of 2019 Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
