This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No. 14297 of 2024, dated 09.07.2024 has not been complied with.

Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings of the Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.3) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 in Letter No.6203/M.E.3/2024-4, dated 28.07.2025 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings is also placed before this Court. 2/4
