This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 14.08.2019 for the festival of "Arulmigu Shree Muthumariamman Thirukovil Kodaivizha"

Sathankulam Village considering his representation dated 02.08.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already permission was granted to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
