To direct the garnishee bank to implement appropriately, and strictly in terms of the order dated 28.11.2019, passed in CMP(MD) No. 9062 of 2019 in AS(MD) No. 177 of 2019 on the file of this Honourable Court, by remitting the 50 percent of the amounts lying to its deposit to the petitioner within a time limite as may be prescribed by this Honourable court.
