Respondent PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971, praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 13.09.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.21926 of 2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed against the respondent, alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.21926 of 2024, dated 13.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the Writ Petition, an enquiry was conducted and an order was passed by the respondent in his proceedings Se.Mu.Aa.NSG4/45/E-2788260/2024, dated 23.06.2025. A copy of the order is produced before this Court and the order is already handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the statement made by the Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is for her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 01.07.2025 NCC :
