This Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the complaint dated 28.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P. (MD). No.17646 of 2019 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner herein was taken for investigation and FIR has been registered in Crime No.434 of 2019 on 13.09.2019, against the three persons namely Rajathi Ammal, Ravi and Pathipooranam and thereafter, at the request of the petitioner herein, the action has been dropped. If the petitioner herein is aggrieved by the action dropped proceedings of the respondent police, it is always open to her to file a protest petition and seek for further action in accordance with law.

3.Since the respondent police has already taken up the representation of the petitioner herein for investigation and registered the FIR in Crime No.434 of 2019, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
