ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking a direction for earlier disposal of H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the said case had been filed during the year 2015, the matter has not been disposed of yet.

3. Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the civil revision petition, a direction is issued to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the other side.
