O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner herein challenges the impugned communication dated 31.07.2019 issued by the jurisdictional Block Development Officer. In view of the subsequent developments that have taken place, this writ petition has to be closed as infructuous.
2. The petitioner herein suffered an eviction order at the hands of the Tahsildar. Aggrieved by the same, he filed an appeal before the District Collector and the same was also dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner herein went before the Government and the Government also dismissed the revision petition. That was questioned by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.13218 of 2024. The writ petition was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 24.04.2025 itself. In these circumstances, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this writ 2/4
