This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, dated 26.07.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey and demarcating of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta based on the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.64 of 2012, by the learned District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, dated 12.11.2013.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 2/4

26.07.2021. The second respondent shall take a decision with regard to survey of the subject property and grant of patta in favour of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
