The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.273 of 2024 registered on the file of Perumal Puram Police Station for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 323, 353, 109, 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act @ Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 323, 353, 109, 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Section 4 of of Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
