Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, by ordering transfer of H.M.O.P.No.102 of 2020, from the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, to the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur. The learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur, shall endeavour to pass final orders in the above case within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
