O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who has earlier borrowed an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- from the petitioner, has discharged the same to the respondent No.3 and the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint claiming interest.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that both parties were present before the respondent police and subsequently, the representation filed by the respondent No.3 is closed and in respect of that representation, the police will not call the petitioner again. The same is recorded. 4.This Petition is closed, accordingly.
