ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against her in Crime No.46 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
