ORDER

The matter was heard at length.

2.The only point argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner was, violation of Section 41 of the NDPS Act. When the Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
