2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, on instructions, would contend that after investigation, the F.I.R. in Crime No.483 of 2018 was closed as 'mistake of facts' and a Referred Charge Sheet is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam.
