PRAYER :- To Cancel the Anticipatory Bail the common order passed by the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.75/2021 to the respondent herein in crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of 1st respondent For Petitioner : M/s. Vijayanand.K., Advocate For Respondent No.1 : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy (R1) Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory Bail, which was granted to the second respondent, as per the order of learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.75 of 2021, dated 24.08.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submitted that

the co-accused has already filed a petition to quash the FIR in Crl.OP(MD)No.1228 of 2022 and by the order dated 25.01.2022, interim stay was granted and it is pending.

3.Reading of the order passed by the learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.75 of 2021 shows that since no valid reason was given by the prosecution to remand the accused, bail was granted to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
