ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in view of the order dated 12.02.2024 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kodaikanal in Na.Ka.No.3012/2017/A2. The respondent is directed to comply with the said order forth with by carrying our necessary changes in the revenue record.
