O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's husband from the Central Prison, Coimbatore to the Central Prison, Trichirappalli based on the representation dated 21.11.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt of the representation, the first respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
