Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from an acute cervical spine ailment and has closed the business, one last opportunity is granted.

2. In view thereof, six weeks' time from today is granted for making the necessary payment, failing which the authorities may proceed further in the matter. Upon such payment being made, the petitioner may simultaneously file the reply and supporting documents.

3. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to the petitioner.
