ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members for leading a peaceful life in his house situated in Plot No.34, Survey No.194/1, Azhagar Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.480 of 2020 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties regarding the sale of house property. So during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and gave undertaking that they will workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. On that basis, it was closed on 16.10.2020. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
