ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and the second respondent herein, based on a false complaint given by the third respondent, threatened the petitioner and compelled him to hand over the property. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is an enquiry pending against the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
