Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's case as a special case and to allot her with a BDS seat in a private medical college under 7.5 percentage of reservation in Government Quota in MBBS/BDS Admission 2020-2021 session and consequently direct the 1st respondent to extend the benefits conferred vide press release in Se.Ku.No.257 dated 21-11-2020 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

The matter was earlier heard on 01.02.2021 and was reserved for orders on the same day itself. Before an order to be pronounced in this matter, the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17838 of 2020 petitioner mentioned the matter and brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein has been given admission to the BHMS course in the Excel Homeopathy Medical College, Namakkal and an allotment order was also issued to that effect to the petitioner. In this regard, the learned counsel has filed a memo, dated 16.02.2021 before this Court for perusal and the contention of the memo, dated 16.02.2021 is recorded.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication by this Court and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
