ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi to dispose the case in C.C.No.654 of 2017 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife of the first accused and due to harassment, she preferred a complaint before the respondent police. He further submitted that the respondent police registered a case in crime No.34 of 2015 and final report also filed in C.C. No.654 of 2017 and that the trial was pending from the year 2017 for the appearance of the accused persons. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Criminal Original Petition seeking the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12210 of 2019 3.Considering the fact that the trial in C.C.No.654 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi to complete the trail in C.C.No.654 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
