ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate actions against the respondents 4 to 8 by considering the representation of the petition dated 22.04.2024. 2.At the time of admission, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Assistant Manager, Retail Vending was appointed as an Enquiry Officer. enquiry has been conducted, a report is ready and appropriate orders will be passed based on the complaint of the petitioner against the private respondents herein. He has enclosed a copy of the enquiry report dated 15.07.2024. The same is taken on record.

3.In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders based on the enquiry report of the Assistant Manager, Retail Vending dated 17.05.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
