O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1to 4 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 and 6 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.06.2024 within time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR came to be issued and the investigation is pending. He would further submit that though the petitioner was directed to appear before the fourth respondent, she has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the fourth respondent.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the fourth respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
