ORDER

The petitioner is a registered society. There was delay in submitting the annual returns. Since the delay is beyond ten years, it is only the Government that can condone the delay. The petitioner has given a representation for condonation of the delay.

2.The first respondent is directed to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation for condonation of delay in filing the annual returns. Such an order shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
