ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018 on the basis of Circular Letter No.41350 / U1 / 2017 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that a proceedings has been initiated pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018 by the second respondent and that the proceedings will be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. To that effect, a copy of the communication received by him from the second respondent enclosing a copy of the notice dated 12.07.2024 bearing reference No.15703/E2/2018, fixing the date of enquiry on 18.07.2024 has been produced before this Court.
