2.The contention of the petitioner is that the respondent to giving life threat to the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the allegation is entirely wrong. 3.After hearing the rival submissions, this Court finds some misunderstanding between the parties and the child is also afraid of the father.

4.Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
