ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the third respondent, dated 15.03.2011. Pending writ petition, the petitioner has been terminated from service by the third respondent vide proceedings nr.K.e.f.vz;.1/2023, dated 01.02.2023.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner has also preferred an appeal challenging the 2/5

termination order passed by the third respondent, dated 01.02.2023 before the second respondent / Joint Commissioner.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

4. In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
