Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fourth respondent from anyway obstructing the Vikiramangalam Villagers from using the cement road laid in S.No.40/1 Vikiramangalam Main Road leading to fourth respondent police station from Vikiramangalam - Checkanoorani Main Road. is purely civil in nature, it needs to be resolved by the Civil Court on evidence, the learned counsel for the petitioner offered to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
