is purely civil in nature, it needs to be resolved by the Civil Court on evidence, the learned counsel for the petitioner offered to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
