ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed against the respondent, alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4763 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the writ petition, the respondent passed an order in Na.Ka.No.0537/2021/Aa(3) on 27.04.2025 and hence the order under contempt has been duly complied with.

3. Recording the statement made by the Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
