ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent/Devi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
