ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners herein on the guise of enquiry by the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
