extent of 0-0.5000 Ares in Thirupanjelli North, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, along with necessary police protection by the 3rd respondent as per the patta No.228, by considering the petitioner's survey petition, dated 26.05.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situate in Survey No.575/12 with an extent of 0-0.5000 Ares in Thirupanjelli North, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering her online application, dated 26.05.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property and patta for the said property was issued in her name vide Patta No.228. She submitted an online application in Application No.2025/N123/15/004280, dated 26.05.2025, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.
3. The Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, submits that the online application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 26.05.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, fourth respondent, and other interested parties.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.06.2025 NCC :
