This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2022 by conducting proper enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent has given complaint against the petitioner and filed Crl.O.P(MD) No. 18932 of 2021 and also obtained an order of not to harass. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent was enquired and he informed that the petitioner and his friends have undergone paramedical course and paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as course fee in Jeaysakthi Manpower vacations run by the third respondent. Now seeking to return the said document threatening the third respondent and gave complaint and after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed. 2/4
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
5. Hence the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However the petitioner is at liberty to work out his liberty in the manner known to law. Further the respondent police is directed to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
