ORDER

The petition mentioned land was acquired under the provisions of the Central Act No.30 of 2013. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that award has not been passed and as a result, compensation has not been disbursed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that a portion of land covered under the notification appears to be poramboke. I consciously refrain from going into the factual aspects of the matter. The competent authority is directed to pass award and disburse the compensation payable to the writ petitioner and his co-sharer within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to the writ petitioner to avail the remedies set out under the Act.
