The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to publish his rank (General Rank and Community Rank) upon scrutinizing his Application No.295257 and to release the same so as to enable his participation in the counselling for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions-2021, which is to be held between 27.09.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Upon receipt of written instructions, he submits that the petitioner's rank would be published before 27.09.2021 and that the petitioner would be in a position to participate in the general counselling. The statement is recorded. Consequently, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed.

3.By recording the aforesaid, W.P(MD).No.17400 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD). No.14281 of 2021 are closed.
