ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
2.The second respondent is directed to complete the petition mentioned proceedings and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all interested persons including the private respondent herein on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
