This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif Court cum Rent Control Court, Devakottai to dispose E.P.No.2 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2018

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3. On perusing the records, this Court is inclined to issue a direction for expeditious disposal. Accordingly, this Court directs the District Munsif Court cum Rent Control Court, Devakottai to dispose E.P.No.2 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order at any rate not later than 31.03.2021.
