ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 08.08.2011 and issue patta to the property situate in Survey No.16/1AK, Natham Sr. No.211/17, Rosalpati Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 08.08.2011 before the second respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2011 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
