ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 04.09.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that eleven cases have been registered against the petitioner till now, all are petty offences in nature and because of the above said pendency of the petty cases, a History Sheet in H.S.No.579 of 2018 has been opened and it has been periodically extended without following the proper procedure. On that basis, the petitioner has made a representation, seeking direction to the respondents to close the History Sheet, dated 04.09.2021. Since there was no action, this petition came to be filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in fourteen previous cases and because of 1/3

this nature, it has been periodically extended. However, the representation made by the petitioner is kept pending. 4.Considering the limited relief that has been made by this petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the official respondent, namely, the first respondent, who is the competent person, to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 04.09.2021, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders. After the disposal, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
