This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful , deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.20981 of 2021 dated 18.04.2024.

2. Heard, the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court by an order dated 18.04.2024, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In response to the same, the respondents considered the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2021 and rejected the petitioner's representation vide proceedings dated 20.07.2024. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
