JUDGMENT

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a member of a political party. He had installed a flagpole in the petition mentioned site. The Tahsildar, Karaikudi ordered its removal. Challenging the same, W.P(MD)No.16078 of 2024 was filed. The learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition vide order dated 16.06.2025. Questioning the same, this Writ Appeal has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that a number of flagpoles had been installed in the petition mentioned site and all were removed. The appellant's flagpole was also removed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication for the present. We grant liberty to the appellant to work out his rights in the manner known to law after the Hon'ble Full Bench renders its decision. 2/4

4.This Writ Appeal is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
